Grant Distribution Program

Grant Distribution ProgramOur Parish has established a process to make grants from its savings fund to organizations both within and outside the parish.

A Grant Committee, consisting of the Pastor and representatives of the Pastoral and Finance Councils, along with parish members appointed at large, has been set up to review and approve grant requests.

Grant applications must be submitted between February 1st and March 15th. Applicants may request funds up to $5000. The committee will be looking for requests that meet the grant guidelines, with emphasis on advancing the Mission of St. Joseph Parish and meeting priority needs in the community, such as improving quality of life. In addition, collaboration is an important criterion, such as matching grants and working with other non-profits.

Application Timeline:

  • Applications must be submitted between February 1st and March 15th.
  • The Grants Committee will review applications and make recommendations by April 15th.
  • Recommendations will be presented to the Parish Council for approval prior to April 30th.
  • Grant applicants will be notified of acceptance or denial on April 30th.
  • Funds will be distributed on May 15th.

Please direct any questions about the program to Kathy Helf, Chairman of the Grant Committee, at 920-734-4025, or Deacon Mark Farrell at 920-734-7195.
