To expedite your order, fill out the SCRIP Order Form. SCRIP will be for sale the weekends of   August 4-5, 18-19.

Eucharistic Holy Hour

Bishop David Ricken has asked every Parish in the diocese to schedule a monthly holy hour before the Blessed Sacrament. This practice is part of his pastoral plan that will focus on PRAYER for the next two years. Our next Holy Hour will be Friday, September 7 following the 12:05 Mass. The Blessed Sacrament will be placed on the altar and there will be prayers, scripture readings, and time for silent reflection.

Holy Hours and Benediction used to be popular devotions in parishes. It has been a while since we've held them at St. Joe's. Presumably, this is the case elsewhere. in bringing back this devotion, we hope many will find this as a means to appreciating the Eucharist and increasing our prayer life.

Shipping Container Project 2018

The Diocese of Green Bay’s goal is to fill a shipping container with items that are needed in the Dominican Republic and Haiti. For the past two years, the diocese has filled shipping containers with 37 tons of items. Please see wish list of items needed and deposit your donations in the boxes located in the back of church. Items will be collected until the end of August and will be shipped in October. If you have any questions, please contact Deacon CF at 734-7195, or by e-mail at:

Appleton Christmas Parade Float Committee

St. Joseph Parish has the opportunity to enter a float in this year's Christmas Appleton Christmas Parade. We are looking to bring to life the theme "A Baby Changes Everything!" What a great way for our parish to impact 100,000 people with a Jesus message! We need adults (families) with many skill sets and some little angels to ride on the float! If you have great design ideas, build, sew, paint, etc., come join the fun! Our first meeting will be August 23, at 6:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Parish. Call or email Mary Ann Otto at 739-5119 or for more information.
